Emerging Leaders Advisory Board (ELAB)

The Emerging Leaders Advisory Board (ELAB) advises the YEPAW Board and the YEPAW Executive Staff to ensure that YEPAW programming is relevant to the audience we intend to reach. They assist in the classes and rehearsals, and they assist our counselors in the residence halls during the YEPAW week. Natural mentoring takes place as the younger students follow the lead of ELAB during the workshop week. ELAB members have been a part of YEPAW for at least one year and they must be high school graduates.

Meet Our Leader

Erin Robinson currently serves as our Director of the Emerging Leaders Advisory Board (ELAB). Erin has had the pleasure of being apart of Yepaw since 2004. She has served in many capacities such as; ELAB member from 2007-2009, Resident Hall Counselor, and a Transformation Agent for 365. Through all of these various roles, Erin has gained so many leadership qualities. She has been able to use those qualities in her career as a Pre-K to 3rd Grade Licensed Teacher and now recently promoted to Dean of Students at Forest Hill. YEPAW has been the place where she has not only found a true extended family but a deeper relationship with Christ.
